This ancient Ayurvedic/Yogic or Hindu method discussed here, of selecting the sex of a baby to prevent killings of an unwanted innocent child is almost lost. Very few people know the exact breathing method to sharpen both Sun and Moon side of Kundalini and use it properly in this technique. We suggest both partners should read together and understand this technique.
NOTE: This technique will not cure any medical condition preventing pregnancy. Such conditions should be fixed first. A fertility test, before trying this method, for ALL couples will be very helpful.

Be in a jolly and spiritual mood during the entire conception process, avoid day-time and evening sex. Stop birth control method for 2 to 3 months before using this method and stop sex for at least ONE month to give more strength to your reproductive fluids. And please DO NOT forget to ask blessings of God, the Creator, for whom you are going to do procreation.

1). K now your average menstrual period length. This is average number of days between two periods.

2). NO sex or any heavy work during bleeding period and before conception time.

4) Find out accurate Ovulation Day and Time in advance using this kit.

Ovulation Time is the time when a single matured egg comes out of the ovary to fallopian tube to get fertilized. Egg survives in the fallopian tube only for one day after ovulation. Sperm survives in uterus for 3 days before ovulation. Thus, fertile days are only 4 to 5 in a month.

NOTES on SCIENCE OF GENDER SELECTION: Female egg cells contain only an X chromosome, while male sperm cells contain an X or a Y chromosome. X chromosome travels slower, but lasts 2-3 days in the female uterus after sex, Thus, without human intervention, there is a higher chance of getting a girl than a boy! Also, odd/ even day sex for gender selection, widely promoted in the past by our grand-mothers, has no biological basis at all. Y chromosome travels faster, but it lasts only for 24 hours in the female uterus after sex. Female egg has only X chromosome, it lasts only for 24 hours in the fallopian tube after ovulation. Thus, fertile days are only 4 to 5 in a month. Baby boy is conceived when female X (or the egg) is fertilized by male Y. Baby girl is conceived when female X is fertilized by male X.

Do sex 2 DAYS (48 hours) BEFORE OVULATION TIME . Make breathing from male?s LEFT nose (Moon) more powerful and female?s RIGHT nose more powerful. It takes 5 minutes or more of foreplay  facing each other during foreplay to make breathing more powerful. Check breathing by closing one nose to be sure.

Do sex ON OVULATION DAY (within 24 hours of Ovulation Time). Make breathing from male?s RIGHT nose (Sun) ? more powerful and female?s LEFT nose more powerful. It takes 5 minutes or more of foreplay facing each other during foreplay to make breathing more powerful. Check breathing by closing one nose to be sure. This process strengthens male sperms for a healthy boy. Couple should be in the bed and do not get up for up to 10 minutes.

Ayurveda also says: ?intercourse for progeny should be performed only during certain days of the menstrual cycle and women must watch her food, recreation etc. during pregnancy.? Vaginal sex is not recommended for the pregnant couple for a month after pregnancy.
